CHOQUEQUIRAO TREK 4 DAYS
The archaeological site of Choquequirao is part of the complex system of Andean towns in Vilcabamba Valley. In the time of the Incas it was united and in communication with Machu Picchu by a complex network of trails. Day 1: Cusco – Chiquisca – Santa Rosa
- Accomodation: Camping at Santa Rosa 2095 m – we will aim to be at our campsite by 6pm.
- Our total hiking time today is around 8 hours / 16 km
- Descending 1200m / 4 hours
- 2 hrs ascending – Rio Apurimac to Santa Rosa
